Breast cancer has deeply affected my life through the brave journey of a remarkable woman who holds a special place in my heart. My long-time friend’s mother, who has been a cherished part of our lives for many years, was diagnosed with breast cancer. She has just completed her treatments, showing incredible strength and perseverance throughout her battle.

This is the same wonderful woman who hand-sewed quilts for each of my babies when they were born, wrapping them in love with every stitch. She was also there to celebrate with us at our wedding, sharing in our joy and milestones. Her presence and generosity have been a constant source of warmth and support in my life.

Her journey with breast cancer has deeply impacted me and strengthened my resolve to support this cause. By participating in the Run for the Cure, I am honoring her courage and contributing to the fight against breast cancer. Your support helps fund critical research and provides essential resources to those affected by this disease.
