To show my support for the thousands of Canadians diagnosed with breast cancer every year, I am participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure. I also was diagnosed with breast cancer in March of this year. Thankfully with a unilateral mastectomy and reconstruction surgery on my right side, I was given the best news that my incredible surgical team got all the cancer and no further treatments are needed at this time. I have close friends who have been diagnosed and are fighting. Once a breast cancer survivor, always a cancer survivor and with the walk, I walk for everyone for affected. 

 

With your help, I can reach my fundraising goal and make a life-changing difference for so many people. Every dollar I raise will fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and support programs and services for those impacted by this disease.
