My journey with invasive ductal breast cancer, especially being triple-negative and a BRCA2 gene carrier, was incredibly challenging and began in January 2023.However, I was blessed with a tremendous amount of love and support from my family and friends.


Chemotherapy was effective in shrinking the tumor significantly and I have recovered from my double mastectomy in September 2023. Currently, I am continuing with chemo medication as a preventive measure in hopes that it is a step towards maintaining healthy life ahead.



I am excited to say that I will be doing this walk with my daughter for the first time has last year I was post op recovering from surgery. 



Nobody should have to walk through this journey alone. So let's show our support and find a cure!
