Welcome! My name is Kara-Lynne Grant and I'm the team leader for Hope Heroes. I'm showing my support for the thousands of Canadians diagnosed with breast cancer every year, I am participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure.

Personally, I'm raising funds to support the Canadians effected by this disease. Breast cancer impacts so many lives, and I want to do my part to help those affected. I want to make a real difference.

With your help, I can reach my fundraising goal and make a life-changing difference for the one in eight women effected from breast cancer every year. Every dollar I raise will fund breast cancer research and support programs and services for those impacted by this disease.

My goal is to influence young people about breast cancer awareness. I am planning to raise money at my high school Valleyview Secondary School through bake sales, creating posters, and bracelet making activities. Anyone is welcome to join my team as a runner or as a walker.

To fundraise I have promoted this link to my social media and groups. I'm also going to do a bottle drive and partner with a local florist shop - Creative Floral Co.

Please donate today! I believe better treatment options and survival outcomes are possible. Together, we can give Canadians impacted by breast cancer a reason to have hope. And we can help change the future for all.
