In April 2012 I was so excited to say YES to Randy. When we planned our wedding for just 6 months later, I thought my dream of my Auntie Teresa making my wedding dress wouldn't become a reality. To my surprise, she also said yes and on October 7th, her 60th birthday, I walked down the aisle in the most perfect dress.

A short time later we found out she had been diagnosed with breast cancer, and we created Teece's Troopers with the hope she would be walking with us as a survivor. Sadly, she was taken from us after a short battle with pancreatic cancer. Since 2013, our family and friends have honoured and celebrated my aunt at the Run For the Cure in Kelowna. It's also our opportunity to celebrate with friends who have battled and beat this disease, and support those who continue to fight it.

This year is the 11th anniversary of Teeces Troopers and we want it to be the biggest and best year yet! if you're able, please support me and help our team come out on top once again!

Every day, 70 Canadians will hear the words “you have breast cancer.” While these Canadians are living longer, healthier lives after a breast cancer diagnosis, there is still so much work to be done.
