Hi friends, The cancer journey has touched my life in many ways, with myself and my mom, who both got breast cancer the same year (2015) - while in two different countries.

Sadly, my mom passed as she had multiple cancers which eventually took her from us - after almost three years of hard fought treatment.

I am well and healthy today after managing my diagnosis with radical surgery, well many of them actually , but thanks to help from other survivors - like the wonderful Bust'n Loose Breast Cancer Dragon boat Team,  plus friends and other dragon boat ladies who were survivors (they are everywhere!)
