This year marks my 6th run for the cure as a survivor, and my 10th run as a supporter, starting when my friend Pam was diagnosed.  In this time, a number of other close frieds have joined our not so little club (Marsha, Wendy, et al.)   I am grateful everyday for the support of my family and friends, and for my continued good health.  

Too many women that I care deeply about have been impacted. It seems we can barely watch TV or read the news without coming across yet another person who is dealing with a cancer diagnosis, be it breast cancer or another version.  Recently, a family member very close to me was diagnosed with cancer - (not breast cancer) - but enough is enough!
