To show my support for the thousands of Canadians diagnosed with breast cancer every year, I am participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure. 

Why This Matters

Cancer touches the lives of so many, whether directly or through the experiences of loved ones. Did you know that breast cancer is the 2nd most common cancer worldwide? It is also the number one cancer in women. Watching someone loved ones go through the pain, the uncertainty, and the courage it takes to fight this disease is heart-wrenching. It makes the support system and community help ever more important for families who are currently in this journey.

The Canadian Cancer Society is at the forefront of cancer research, support services, and prevention efforts across the country. Your contribution will help fund life-saving research, provide compassionate care for patients, and offer vital resources for families navigating this challenging journey.
