Since reaching my 30th birthday, I've been determined to prioritize my health and well-being. Although with my work schedule has been challenging, I've committed to participating in the Sun Run this summer as part of my journey towards better health.

This run is more than just a fitness challenge for me—it’s an opportunity to support a cause that’s incredibly important. I’m running to raise funds for breast cancer research, an issue that touches many lives, including those dear to me.
