To show my support for the thousands of Canadians diagnosed with breast cancer every year, I am participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure.

Every dollar I raise will go directly to the Canadian Cancer Society, breast cancer research, support programs and other services for those living with breast cancer.

It is impossible to pick one story that resonates with me as my reason for running, as I know cancer has touched the lives of everyone I know. This year I will be running for my Nana, aunts, and all loved ones who have been impacted by breast cancer, and I hope that through my fundraising and the fundraising done by Kappa Kappa Gamma, we will be able to make a difference.
