Every day, 75 Canadians will hear the words “you have breast cancer.” While these Canadians are living longer, healthier lives after a breast cancer diagnosis, there is still so much work to be done.

By participating in this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure, I am helping change the future of breast cancer. I am running in honour of the incredible people in my life, and I need your support!

This year I am running for my ex-colleague Jacqui who I met when i first joined CIBC 23 years back. She was a survivor and always was one of the top fund raisers for Team CIBC.  She succumbed to this dreaded disease a couple of years back during COVID as the cancer came back.  I miss her!  I also know that this is what she would have wanted me to do.
