I'm running for my friend Kamala Rao who passed away from breast cancer 6 years ago. Saddened and shocked by the loss of this amazing mom and friend, and hearing of other friends and family members fighting and beating this crazy disease, makes me want to do what I can to help fight this battle. I'm also running for everyone touched by breast cancer or cancer in general. At least I can run to raise money and awareness.

By participating in this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure, I am helping change the future of breast cancer. I am running in honour of the incredible people in my life, and I need your support!
