In June 2022 I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma. Pathology along with hereditary testing determined a TNBC with BRCA1 genetic mutation result. 

We have joined the walk this year to show support for the thousands of Canadians both women and men diagnosed with breast cancer every year. We are honouring those currently going through treatments, those faced with recurrence, and in memory of many others. 

We are actively participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure. With your help, we can reach our Teams fundraising goal and make a life-changing difference for so many people.

Every dollar raised will fund groundbreaking breast cancer research, support programs, and services for those impacted by this disease. We truly believe better treatment options and survival outcomes are possible.
