Four women in my circle have been diagnosed with breast cancer in the past year, which just floors me. How can that be? So I thought I'd take part in this year's Run for the Cure (though I'll be walking) on October 6. I've participated in the past but have never fundraised. After hearing recently of how funds raised directly support those with breast cancer, I decided I wanted to give fundraising a go.
