my first cancer walk

To show my support for the thousands of Canadians diagnosed with breast cancer every year, I am participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure.

Since my mom had breast cancer i have been finding more and more ways to help raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Cancer Society.

Last year my mom got to ring the victory bell as she crossed the finish line and it was beautiful. This year I am running the 5k in honour of her, I hope soon she will be able to run it with me. She is the strongest woman I'm sure lots of you think so too.

With your help, I can reach my fundraising goal and make a life-changing difference for so many people. Every dollar I raise will fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and support programs and services for those impacted by this disease.
