Three short years ago, my life changed forever. 

In March of 2020, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. My once, fast paced, 'healthy' living, lifestyle, was, seemingly, over.

Many months of intensive chemotherapy, losing my hair, 28 rounds of radiation, 3 surgeries, and the aftermath of treatment, left me wondering, "will I ever recover from this?"

With the loving support of my family and friends and the continued dedication and tireless fundraising initiatives of the Canadian Cancer Society, I am with you today, in remission and well on my way to living my best life.

To show my support for all Canadians impacted by breast cancer, I am participating and fundraising for a 2nd year, alongside my amazing 'Team Awesome', for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday, October 1, 2023.  

With your help, I can reach my fundraising goal and make a life-changing difference for so many people. Every dollar I raise will fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and support programs and services for those impacted by this disease.
