I am a 1-year survivor of breast cancer! I am participating in and fundraising for this year's Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday, October 6, 2024, to support this vital cause.

1 in 8 women are diagnosed with breast cancer, a statistic that hits close to home. This year I've seen friends and family also face their own diagnoses, which has made my commitment even stronger. Throughout my journey, I’ve witnessed and benefited greatly from the progress in breast cancer research and I believe better treatment options and survival outcomes are possible.
