My Aunt Debbie who I barely knew passed away at a very young age with breast cancer when I was 3 years old. While I never got to know her,  everything I have been told is that she was a wonderful human being and a positive example of what a person should be. I will be participating in the Run for the Cure again this year in support of Aunt Debbie with my work colleagues and am asking for any donation you can afford big or small. Thank you.

To show my support for all Canadians impacted by breast cancer, I am participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday, October 1, 2023.

P.S. Did you know? Fundraising $300 can fund help provide healthy home-cooked meals for guests at a Canadian Cancer Society lodge during their stay. Lodge guests receive wholesome foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, and meals customized to their dietary needs – including those arising from cancer treatment, like liquid and soft food diets.
