Hey!

Thank you for taking the time to check out my fundraising page for this year's CIBC Run for the Cure. Anyone who knows me knows how passionate I am about this event, this cause, and my why. My mom is my why. She will forever be my reason for fighting for a cure. My mom, Betty Gillis, lost her fight to cancer in 2016. She was the strongest woman I've ever known - my best friend, my inspiration, my mother, my biggest supporter. I am happy to be able to raise money for this cause in her honour.

I am so excited to be back running together this year in Halifax. If anyone would like to join my team, don't hesitate to reach out or sign up! It is bound to be an exciting, inspiring, fun filled day.

Every day, 70 Canadians will hear the words "you have breast cancer." While these Canadians are living longer, healthier lives after a breast cancer diagnosis, there is still so much work to be done.

By participating in this year's Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure, I'm helping make a meaningful difference in the lives of Canadians affected by breast cancer. I'm running in honour of the incredible people in my life, and I need your support!
