I remember going to watch my mom Run For the Cure when I was a child. I remember cheering her on and watching hundreds of women and men run too. I felt so inspired to see people come together. 

2024 will be my 7th year doing Run for the Cure. 

I run for my great grandmother, my great Aunt, my Gram (Dot English), my Aunt, and for Marlene, my moms best friend who passed in 2016 in her fight against breast cancer.

An estimated 27,700 women and 260 men are diagnosed with breast cancer every year in Canada.To show my support for all Canadians impacted by breast cancer, I am participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday, October 1, 2023.With your help, I can reach my fundraising goal and make a life-changing difference for so many people.
