As many of you know, I am going to be running alonside some of my Law School peers in the Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday, October 1, 2023. I am running for my Aunty Barb!

An estimated 27,700 women and 260 men are diagnosed with breast cancer every year in Canada. 

With your help, I have reached my fundraising goal and have participated in making a life-changing difference for so many people. Every dollar I have raised will fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and support programs and services for those impacted by this disease. Thank you to all of those who have donated so far, and if you haven't had a chance just yet, just because we have hit my goal, doesn't mean that you can't continue to donate!! my team is aiming to raise $5000, and we are just around halfway there!

I am running for my Aunty Barb, as well as many others who have and will be diagnosed with this awful disease throughout time.

P.S. Did you know? Fundraising $300 can fund help provide healthy home-cooked meals for guests at a Canadian Cancer Society lodge during their stay. Lodge guests receive wholesome foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, and meals customized to their dietary needs – including those arising from cancer treatment, like liquid and soft food diets.
