Hey Everyone!

Like many families, cancer has been a part of my family’s journey. My family has had its share of love ones who have bravely battled cancer, especially breast cancer. My Mom has been battling breast cancer since June, 2023. From chemo, to 3 surgeries, pill treatment, numerous medical appointments, and hospital stays, it’s been a long road for her full of ups and downs and scary moments throughout. My Mom and I are two peas in pod I’m blessed and thankful to have her, she is my hero! Her bravery, strength, humour, and spirit are so inspiring. It’s been hard seeing her going through this journey, we take everything in stride and we celebrate through the good times, and hold each other tight through the rough patches. This year I want to put my efforts into fundraising for CIBC Run for the Cure on October 6th. We all want to see an end to this dreadful disease. Every dollar raised will fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and support programs and services for those impacted by breast cancer.
