My friend, Val, in Scotland - like my sister! I'm running for her recovery!

To show my support for the thousands of Canadians diagnosed with breast cancer every year, (I was among that number in 2024), I am participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure.

I am dedicating my run to one of my dearest friends, Val, a beautiful brave soul who is currently undergoing cancer treatment in Scotland. She is my inspiration! Every step I take next Sunday will be like a prayer for her recovery.

With your help, I can reach my fundraising goal and make a life-changing difference for so many people here in Canada. Every dollar I raise will fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and support programs and services for those impacted by this disease.
