Burlington/Hamilton/Oakville: Lauren McDermott

In August I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. I have been surrounded by so much love and support from my family, friends and medical team who have guided me through each step of this journey.

My amazing friends and family have teamed up as Team Lace up for Lo on my behalf to fundraise in support of breast cancer research and support opportunities for the many people impacted by this disease.

Anything you can contribute makes a difference. I am extremely grateful for everyone who has supported our team so far and cannot wait for race day on October 6th!!!!
