To show my support for the thousands of Canadians diagnosed with breast cancer every year, I am participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure.   Today, I am participating especially on behalf of one of my BFF’s Betty M. in mind, who embodies calm, grace and strength in everything she does….even when faced with adversity in dealing with breast cancer.    She is my hero and this is just a small way of honoring her and other women going through this journey.
