In 2016 I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer and it was the most devastating day of our lives.

It's been a very long and tough road but it's one that's worth fighting for my boys, my husband, my family, my friends and myself! 

My cancer likes to return quicker each year which takes a toll on everyone but because we have such amazing support we are able to get through it. This year alone I have been on 2 different types of treatments watching my tumour markers go up and down drastically. This is difficult for us as once we think we are good we get hit with more changes. Since 2016 I have been on a total of 10+ different treatments (to many to remember), multiple surgeries, not to mention endless scans/blood work and that's why for me research is so incredibly important. I want to make sure that will keep my cancer in check, so that I can live a long life with my amazing family!
