This will be my 12th year participating in this amazing event. Beth's Buddies was formed to honour our wonderful sister, wife, mother, daughter, aunt, and friend - Beth Gorman. We are inspired by Beth's courage, love of life, sense of humour, and compassion for others. We run so other families will not have to go through the pain of losing a loved one to this devastating disease.
