As the founder of Pink Arrows, my mission is to raise breast cancer awareness and bring the ASL/LSQ/ISL communities together, as a community, to shatter the taboos surrounding cancer. 

I am a breast cancer survivor and I hope that by sharing my recovery journey with the communities, all Deaf, Deafblind and hard of hearing women and men of all ages would learn to be better advocates not only for themselves but also for their families and close friends. Full access to information on health well-being and treatment options against cancer is of great importance.

Sunday, October 6, 2024 is a day we all come together and be seen, as friends of PINK ARROWS all across Canada, from the west to east!  And around the world!
