An estimated 30,500 women and 290 men are diagnosed with breast cancer every year in Canada.  That is staggering. 

In June of 2023, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.  Quite the gut punch.  Many years ago I lost my Mom and my sister-in-law to Breast Cancer.  There had always been a little part of me thinking Cancer was done with my family but unfortunately for me, that was not the case.  My detection was very early and my treatment was quick and complete by October.   

A few months later a very dear friend and 2 clients were diagnosed.  This disease needs to be stopped. 

To show my support for all Canadians impacted by breast cancer, I am participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday, October 6, 2024.

With your help, I can reach my fundraising goal of $500 and make a life-changing difference for so many people. Every dollar I raise will fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and support programs and services for those impacted by this disease.
