I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in August of 2020.  I started chemotherapy in September, exactly 4 years ago. I underwent surgery and radiation and was told I was cancer free in April of 2021.  Its been a long road to recovery from all of the treatments and surgery, but I am finally feeling better in every way! My gym, F45 South Guelph has helped me get back to being myself! To show my support for all Canadians impacted by breast cancer, I am participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday, October 6, 2024.

I am a survivor and am beyond grateful for the all the research that has saved my life! I want to take action and make an impact. With your help, I can reach my fundraising goal and make a life-changing difference for so many people. Every dollar I raise will fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and support programs and services for those impacted by this disease. I would love your help, every little bit makes a difference.
