I will be participating in the CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday, October 6. 

You have all been very supportive of me in the past and I hope you will sponsor me this year - my 20th annual run. 

Why do I run? I run because 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with this disease. 

I run for the women I know who have faced breast cancer with courage and strength and won their battle. For this I am so thankful.

I run in memory of those who are no longer with us. 

I run for my daughter Bethany and all the beautiful women in my life in the hope that they never have to face this disease.

I run because it's the least I can do.
