I am running for my Mom, Janet (again)! I am running this years CIBC Run for the Cure with my sister Emily as we continue to hear of so many that are impacted by breast cancer. If possible any and ALL donations count.

Our mom battled breast cancer for 7 years, unfortunately, her battle came to an end, and she is no longer here with us. Throughout her journey with cancer, there were so many amazing qualities that she displayed and highlighted for me.

A few that stood out to me were-her positive and gratitude filled outlook on life, her amazing faith that never wavered and her pure strength throughout her treatment, surgery, and recovery periods.

Lastly, her loving and kind spirit for all people, no matter what she was going through she was always chatting with fellow patients, smiling, chatting with nursing staff and gracious with her doctors. I will always miss you Mom and you have impacted my life in so many ways. xoxo
