I was diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer on September 4, 2020.  Further investigation revealed mets to my lymph nodes.  I had to undergo chemotherapy, surgery and radiation.  On May 27, 2021 I finished my radiation and started back to work as a paramedic on June 7.  I was so happy to start a normal routine again and missed my job so much.

Triple positive breast cancer, according to my medical oncologist, used to be one of the most deadly forms of breast cancer.  Today, through research and fundraising that makes research possible, triple positive breast CA is one of the most curable.
