Our friend Kelly is one of the most kind, thoughtful, and wonderful people we know. She would do anything for her friends and family. Kelly has fought hard on her cancer journey and now it’s time we join the fight. This year we run for Kelly Laporte. 

Kelly was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022, but prior to her cancer diagnosis she experienced significant health challenges with endometriosis and fertility issues. 

Kelly will tell you this fight has not been easy, not only the physical pain and discomfort from chemo and radiation, but also the mental fatigue, the isolation, the loneliness. Kelly brought us all together online through a social media group page, and together we created a community that included meal drop offs, virtual visits, and daily check ins. 

Kelly has an amazing husband, Louis, and a wonderful Dad, and extended family and friends, who all love her so much and are with her every step of the way!
