For the past 9 years, I have joined my family at the Run for the Cure in honour of my mom who is a breast cancer survivor.  This year, due to my varsity soccer commitments, I am unable to join "Team Goldsack" physically on the Run Day.  Instead, I have decided to do my part by asking my soccer teammates to join in a special pink shirt/Kickin' Cancer awareness/fundraising campaign at our home game against Conestoga on October 6th.  On this day, we will not only dedicate our game to breast cancer survivors like my mom, but also to the many women in our lives who have been impacted by this terrible disease...the fighters, the survivors and those we have lost.

With your help, I can reach my fundraising goal and make a life-changing difference for so many people. Every dollar I raise will fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and support programs and services for those impacted by this disease.
