Hi All,  I feel like the White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland “I’m late, I’m late for a very important date!”  But here I am, better late than never, asking for your support once again.

 It’s been 4 years since I received the news that “you have Breast Cancer”…Last year my younger sister heard those words also.  Because of my older sister also being diagnosed, and subsequently succumbing to the disease, both my sister and I have been on “watchful surveillance with yearly mammograms” for which we are thankful for, but more research needs to be done.  So....this year I will be running again.  We have changed our name to the Ruttan Hat-trick.  We thought it was fitting.

As always, I will be running  for our daughters, our granddaughters, our sisters, our daughter-in-laws, our nieces and our friends.  I'm running for their future, a future without breast cancer.  I know there are many causes that may be more meaningful to you, and if that is the case, please do support those causes, and wish me well on October 6, 2024.  

I have always been supported by family and friends and for that I am eternally thankful.  Now I'm asking for support as I run towards a brighter future for those we love.  You can either donate on my page or you can join our team, and run with us, to help raise awareness.  Please feel free to share this with anyone who might be interested in supporting this worthy cause.
