This run is personal to me. Two years ago my mother was diagnosed with Stage 2 Uterus Cancer and it absolutely shattered my heart to pieces when she had to have her Uterus and Ovaries removed. With high hopes we wanted to believe that her condition would improve, but it did not. The cancer cells moved. My mother starts chemotherapy and immunotherapy very soon, but before she does I want to show her how strong the son she raised has become. I want to support her and anyone who suffers or has suffered from cancer. This is something small that I can do that I know will help make a big impact.
