This year I will be doing to Run for the Cure for my best friend Leanne, who's worst nightmare has become a reality.   So many people lives have been affected by cancer that it is time to find a cure and put an end to this horrible disease which is taking the lives and happiness from those we love. 

Every day, 75 Canadians will hear the words “you have breast cancer.” While these Canadians are living longer, healthier lives after a breast cancer diagnosis, there is still so much work to be done.

By participating in this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure, I am helping change the future of breast cancer. I am running in honour of the incredible people in my life, and I need your support!
