In February 2022, I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the young age of 30. It was a life-changing diagnosis that has impacted every aspect of my life. I am grateful to be living a full life now - one that I would have never thought possible in those dark and difficult days. Anchoring myself in being 'brave' and leaning on my community and friends, family and my mentor (now best-friend) for support, I made it through to the other side. One thing is for sure, I make every day count as I know how precious life really is and how fragile it can be.
