In the last year / few months, I have faced the heartbreaking loss of two people very close to my heart due to cancer. Their battles were filled with resilience, strength, and unwavering courage, but unfortunately, they are no longer with us. These losses have left an indelible mark on my life and serve as a constant reminder of the urgent need to combat cancer. To show my support for all Canadians impacted by breast cancer, I am participating and fundraising for this year's Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday, October 1, 2023. 

An estimated 27,700 women and 260 men are diagnosed with breast cancer every year in Canada.
