I was diagnosed a year ago with Stage 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. I finished chemo in June and radiation in July. I am high risk of recurrence as well as spreading to other parts of my body so CIBC Run for the Cure is very personal to me. With funds raised more research/clinical trials can be done and one day perhaps a cure.
