One year ago I started treatment for triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) - the beast of breast cancers. TNBC is a rare and aggressive form of cancer that is hard to treat and desperately needs more treatment options.

While my cancer journey is still in progress, this year I will be participating in CIBC's Run for the Cure in support of other breast cancer survivors, fighters, stage 4 thrivers, the 1 in 8 who have yet to be diagnosed, and in honour of friends and family lost to this terrible disease. Breast cancer research has come a long way, but there's still so much work to be done. Your donation matters.
