Queenswood Heights Walkers warming up!

It is an honour to participate in the Run for the Cure again this year. The Queenswood Heights walkers do our 5K in our neighbourhood, in all kinds of weather.

I am so proud to do this with the wonderful group of people who walk each year and on behalf of the wonderful people who donate to this important cause so that research can continue until we find a cure for this terrible disease. I first did the Run in 2000 in support of my friend Lisa. Over the years, so many more people I know have received a diagnosis so it’s important to keep supporting research to find a cure.

I hope you can help in your own way. Together, we can change the future of breast cancer.
