About a year ago, my sister-in-law was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Our entire family went through what we knew and understood to be, the worst nightmare of 2023 and most of 2024. With many tears, sleepless nights, anxious phone calls and doctor consults, countless treatment sessions, babysitting, hospital visits, and more - we pulled and ARE pulling through as a family. Alina, you mean the world to me and I know how much this Run means to our family. 

 

To show my support for the thousands of Canadians diagnosed with breast cancer every year, I am participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure.
