We are participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday, October 6, 2024 in support of our mother, wife, sister, aunt and friend, Maria Igreja.

My sister Maria was diagnosed with breast cancer in October 2022 following a routine mammogram. The months that followed were challenging to say the least, but Maria stayed strong, positive & resilient throughout it all. She really showed cancer who’s boss! In June 2023, Maria finally got to ring the bell after her final radiation treatment.
