I am a Radiation Oncologist.  That means that I treat cancers, including breast cancer, using targeted radiation.  Every day, I see individuals fight this disease, and I do my utmost to support them in their battles.

I am a friend.  My dear friend Kathryn was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer only weeks after having her second child.  Watching her battle this awful disease while she's simultaneously being the best mommy has been absolutely awe inspiring.

This year, I will be walking with my friends and family to support those afflicted by breast cancer.  We are walking to show Kathryn that we love her.
