Hello Everyone!

This year Elly and I have again decided to join forces for this cause that is so very important to us.  

As some of you may know; 

In 2018, I raised money and shaved my head which sponsored 4 children impacted by cancer.

In 2020, the COVID pandemic came to Toronto and changed life as we knew it... 

During that time something else changed for my family too, through genetic testing, I was diagnosed as being a BRCA1+ carrier, a CANCER PREVIVOR!

I've learned so much from this diagnosis and am so grateful for the research that is available for me and others in my shoes today, knowing that I have access and support from some of the best doctors and hospitals.

Our team has come together to support the estimated 27,700 women and 260 men diagnosed with breast cancer every year in Canada and all those close to us who continue to be affected.

We are participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday, October 6th, 2024, because we believe better treatment options and survival outcomes are possible and we want to support all Canadians impacted by breast cancer, including our family and friends.

With your help, we can reach our fundraising goal to help fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and support programs and services for those impacted by this disease.

Together, we can create a future without breast cancer.
