I was diagnosed with breast cancer in July 2022.

After the loss of Frank in 2021, these were the worst imaginable words for Aaron, Jacob and I to hear.

After surgery, chemotherapy and radiation, with help from my incredible health care team, I am thrilled and proud to be cancer free!

The boys have been my strength..my rock, with a little help from a special angel. With them and the "FierceLove" of my people, I am blessed...for now I look ahead, embracing each day with gratitude and positivity.
Now let's go, because life is fabulous and I have lots of shit to look forward to and do!

I walk for everyone who was, is and will be touched by breast cancer/cancer..HOPE is a beautiful thing.

To show my support for the thousands of Canadians diagnosed with breast cancer every year, I am participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure.
