I am Nayyara, grade 10 TDSB student and this is my 7th year, I am participating and fundraising with my mom and other change makers for the Canadian Cancer Society, CIBC Run for the Cure to show my support for the thousands of Canadians diagnosed with cancer every year. I donated 15 inches of hair for children's wig to help them enjoying their childhood who diagnosed with cancer. 

This year, the run is on Oct 6th. While my mom is running for her friend Rehana, I am running for my grandpa (mom's uncle)  Kabir Nana. He was diagnosed with cancer in last November, He is an amazing person, loves kid and always with positive mindset. He has done a lot for the community. I do not want to see my Kabir Nana or anyone suffering from cancer. I dream a world without cancer. With your help, I can reach my fundraising goal and make a life-changing difference for so many people. Every dollar I raise will fund groundbreaking cancer research and support programs and services for those impacted by this disease.
