Every day, 70 Canadians will hear the words “you have breast cancer.” Unfortunately, 17 years ago I was one of them. While many of us are living longer, healthier lives after a breast cancer diagnosis, there is still so much work to be done. 

I am dedicating my run this year to my mother, Ann Moore, who passed away in January. She was my most ardent supporter and helped me through breast cancer. Love you always, Mom!

By participating in this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure, I’m joining a collective that is a force-for-life in the face of breast cancer. And I need your help.
